Mild seizure
Give me a chocolate drink!
Right now I have to stop working and try to relax, my body’s not great. Owe it to the fact that this is my second day in night shift. My body’s not dealing with it as fine as I would have hoped. Yesterday I actually forced my legs to walk so I could go home. Now my mind is spinning and my body’s having mild “seizure
” for the lack of better term. I already told you I’m a morning person right? And this is the reason why I can’t go on a day without sleeping during the night or wee hours in the morning, haha. I think it’s stupid to have this limiting quality but it keeps me in check.
Take my abnormal reaction against alcoholic drinks (I get spots and get all itchy. Read: all over my body) so now, no one can make me drink any alcoholic beverage. Then when I was still in college, I couldn’t wear any form of accessories (aside from accessories made out of beads and strings) because I usually get gross-looking scars.
Now I can’t go on living without sleeping at night and because of that it makes me love the morning and dread sleeping so late. I know my brothers and sisters can not go on working without sleep as well because whenever they do:
- they would go to sleep earlier than usual the next night or (the worse scenario)
- our parents would scold them (until they couldn’t take it anymore, haha) because they stayed up so late. Then it would go on to the lecture of the importance of sleep in one’s capabilities… and stuff to that effect.
Awww… I suddenly missed our house… I want my bed. Hay, these are the times when I really, REALLY wished our house is located just outside this building.
omy. you know you can present a note from your doctor stating that you can’t work on a graveyard shift since it has bad effect on your health.. or something like that. You should try that at least. Relate ako sayo, we have GY shifts din kse sa company namen. bad trip diba? hehe.. i hope you’ll be ok na. :)
