You Know You’ve Got to Start Working Out…
… when:
- You’re having a hard time to fit into the pants that was once loose on you.
- Your start to notice that you have boobs… and hips! Yay!
- Sadly though, you also notice that your tummy is having a race with your boobs and at this rate, it seems that your tummy is going to win!
- Your “exercise” includes standing up from the computer chair to eat your lunch/dinner or going to the sofa to lie down and watch TV, or going upstairs so you could sleep. Great, just great (notice the sarcasm?)
- You notice that your feet is having a hard time supporting you during your trip to the mall where you stood and walked for more or less two hours.
- You’re making a list hoping it will motivate you and make you work out every morning before you start your work.
Haaaaayyy… this is not good what with the holiday season fast approaching! What with all those sumptuous foods that my Mom is going to serve and all those sugary foods… hay… I know I will be needing a liposuction in Los Angeles one of these years.
These are the reasons why I hate the holiday season. It would be okay if I have the means and the motivation to lose the pounds that I know I will have. *sigh* such a petty post. haha.. never mind… I don’t have that much to post about anyway. :)
